The Rumsey Band of Wintun
Indians is opposing the location of a prison in Yolo County, California.
The prison would be located along the same highway as the Cache Creek Casino Resort. The Sacramento Bee said gamblers will pass by the prison on their way to the casino.
County supervisors voted 3-1-1 to back the project.
