The Tohono O'odham Nation of Arizona will add 100 slot machines to its casinos thanks to a leasing deal with Navajo Nation.
The machines are headed to the tribe's three casinos, including one facility that only has Class II games.
The Navajo Nation is leasing rights to 1,000 slot machines to three tribes.
