Seneca Nation contributes $57.3M to New York

The Seneca Nation shared $57.3 million in slot machine revenues with the state of New York. The tribe shares slot revenues under its Class III compact. The rate starts at 18 percent and peaks at 25 percent. The tribe operates three casinos under the compact. Two of them are located off-reservation, including a facility in downtown Buffalo that a federal judge says is not operating on land that qualifies for gaming. Get the Story:
