Thirteen card dealers at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut testified at a National Labor Relations Board hearing on Thursday.
One dealer, Diane Weaver, said she was intimidated by pro-union employees.
She said she was called "stupid" and was physically threatened because she did not want to join the United Auto Workers.
Nine Chinese-speaking dealers also testified. One said she didn't know she was voting for the union when she checked "yes" on the ballot.
A majority of dealers voted to join the UAW last November. The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation is challenging the election, saying ballots weren't printed in Chinese and alleging intimidation.
The tribe also says the NLRB lacks jurisdiction to enforce federal labor law at the casino.
