A construction worker suffered minor injuries in an accident at the Cherokee Nation's casino in Catoosa, Oklahoma.
The worker fell from the 16th floor to the 14th floor of a hotel under construction at the Cherokee Casino Resort. He was treated and released from the hospital.
The tribe is undertaking a $125 million expansion of the casino.
