Hannahville Tribe opens golf course at casino

The Hannahville Indian Community of Michigan will open a golf course at its casino next week. The Sweetgrass Golf Club at the Island Resort & Casino is part of the tribe's effort to attract more visitors to the region, Chairman Ken Meshigaud said. 'Golf is No. 1 from the perspective of a resort," Meshigaud told The Escanaba Daily Press. The course opens to the public on July 11. Get the Story:
