Race book employees at the casino owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut
The United Auto Workers sought to represent the Foxwoods Resort Casino employees but they voted the union down by 23-13 on Friday.
The vote was the second time that casino employees have rejected a union. The only successful election so far was last November, when card dealers voted to join the UAW, a move the tribe is challenging.
