The Redding Rancheria of California is scaling back a $90 million expansion of the Win-River Casino.
The tribe planned a 170-room hotel, a 1,500-care parking garage and a new events center.
But due to a downturn in the economy, the tribe will only build a 121-room hotel and an 800-car garage and will remodel the events center instead of building a new one.
The new project will cost $50 million to $70 million.
