The Shingle Springs
Band of Miwok Indians of California has reached an agreement to supply water to its new casino.
The tribe will pay $3.7 million in connection fees to get water from the El Dorado Irrigation District to the Red Hawk Casino.
The tribe will pay commercial rates for the water.
The casino is expected to open in December.
