Labor unions plan to protest the May 17 opening of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation's new casino.
The unions say the tribe is barring labor from the new MGM Grand at Foxwoods.
They say the new facility should be treated the same as the Foxwoods Resort Casino, where unions have won the right to organize.
The MGM casino is a partnership between the tribe and MGM Mirage.
