The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut settled a dispute over unfair labor practices at the Foxwoods Resort Casino.
The tribe agreed to reinstate a fired employee and rescind other disciplinary against dealers who are represented by the United Auto Workers union.
The National Labor Relations Board was going to hold a hearing today on the unfair labor complaint but it was canceled as a result of the settlement.
