The Oneida Nation and the state of New York have ended a lawsuit over video gaming on the reservation.
The suit started in 1995 when then-Gov. George Pataki (R) claimed the use of video gaming machines was illegal.
The tribe filed a counterclaim but both sides agreed to drop the case.
