It looks like Nambe Pueblo will have wait a bit longer for its first casino in northern New Mexico.
The tribe's gaming management partner, Full House Resorts, has pushed back the anticipated opening date for the casino from late 2008 to early 2009.
Full House also presented the tribe with a new market study that recommends changes to the size and scope of the proposed casino [Quarterly Report].
The tribe said the environmental assessment for the casino was approved by the National Indian Gaming Commission in April. The tribe's management contract with Full House is still being reviewed.
