Passamaquoddy Tribe awaits vote on racino

The Passmaquoddy Tribe of Maine is hoping state voters will approve plans for a racino today.

The tribe wants to open a racetrack with slot machines in Washington County. Surveys show a slight majority of voters support the project.

In 2004, state voters authorized a non-Indian operated racino.
