The ABC show "Good Morning America" will air a segment about a lawsuit against a New Mexico tribe, The Albuquerque Journal reports. Gary Hoffman, a non-Indian, is suing Sandia Pueblo over a "jackpot" of nearly $1.6 million. He said he won the money on a slot machine but the tribe said the machine malfunctioned. Hoffman was offered $2,500 -- the maximum payout on the machine -- but he decided to go to the state court system. The tribe is seeking to have the case dismissed, citing sovereign immunity.
