Sandia Pueblo fights suit over $1.6M 'jackpot'

Sandia Pueblo in New Mexico is seeking to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a man who claims he won a $1.6 million jackpot at the tribe's casino.

Gary Hoffman said he won the money on August 16, 2006. But when the tribe said it wouldn't pay, he sued in state court.

The tribe filed a motion to dismiss, citing sovereign immunity.
