CNIGA concerned about county's bingo rules

The California Nations Indian Gaming Association is concerned about Sacramento County's proposal to limit the use of electronic bingo machines.

CNIGA says the county's proposed rules are more restrictive than the federal government's definition of Class II games. The organization questions whether the rules are legal.

The county was set to approve the rules on Tuesday but will reconsider the issue next week.
