Rep. Rogers reintroduces gaming moratorium bill

Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Michigan) introduced a bill on Thursday to bar approval of new gaming compacts.

H.R.1555 would bar the Interior Department from approving any tribal-state compacts for two years. The bill was referred to the House Natural Resources Committee.

Rogers introduced a similar bill in the 109th Congress but it never got a hearing.
