Seminole Tribe finds new Anna Nicole evidence

The Seminole Tribe of Florida discovered new evidence in the death of former model Anna Nicole Smith, causing a delay in the release of the autopsy report.

The tribe turned over the evidence to the Broward County medical examiner. Neither the tribe nor the examiner would say what it was, but a tribal spokesperson said it recently came to light as part of the tribe's investigation.

Smith died at the tribe's Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Hollywood on February 8. She was 39. According to gossip columnist Janet Charlton, the tribe has closed off the room where Smith was staying, and brought in a "shaman" purify it.
