The Twentynine Palms Band of Mission Indians is announcing plans for a casino and recreational-vehicle park.
The California tribe will build a 60,000-square-foot casino with 350 slot machines table games and a bingo parlor. The facility includes a 100-space RV park and hiking trails.
The tribe hasn't put a price tag on the project. Construction is slated to start next May.
A second phase of the project will bring a hotel, outdoor amphitheater, retail center, golf course and residential properties to the site.
