The United Auto Workers union says managers at the casino owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut are harassing Asian dealers.
The union wants to organize about 3,000 dealers at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. An election is set for this Saturday.
The tribe opposes the union and is trying to halt the election -- though the National Labor Relations Board has rejected the request. Casino managers say they are only holding separate Chinese-language meetings for Asian dealers.
