Pojoaque Pueblo in New Mexico is planning what will be the state's largest casino.
The tribe expects to open an 80,000-square-foot casino, conference center, a golf course, an 8,000-square-foot recreation area and two hotels in fall 2008. The tribe is working with Hilton on the hotels.
The tribe also plans several new restaurants, including one whose consulting chef will be Mark Miller.
Miller opened the Coyote Cafe in Santa Fe and Red Sage in Washington, D.C. The Pojoaque restaurant will be called Red Sage.
