"I am picking myself up off the floor, because I was floored by the stupidity of the people who state they are against allowing the Seminole Tribe to have Las Vegas-style slot machines and a few other table games.
But I am not confused by the fact that Florida is in such a mess with its economy.
How can it not be with people running it and spending our taxpayers money on projects that put us in this huge crater? Want to build a shopping center? No proble. Just buy a corner piece of property and you will get it.
But to accept a gift of $100 million a year for just saying "yes," no, that is not good for the taxpayers to have."
