The Oneida Nation of New York has applied for another liquor license at its Turning Stone Resort and Casino.
The tribe wants to serve liquor at the Lodge, one of the four hotels at the resort. The application was filed two days after the New York State Liquor Authority delayed action on the tribe's request to serve liquor during an upcoming PGA tournament.
The tribe also has an application to serve liquor at its Lava nightclub.
