A New Mexico man says Sandia Pueblo owes him $1.6 million for a "jackpot" he won at the tribe's casino.
Gary Hoffman was playing a nickel slot machine on August 16, 2006, when he thought he won $1,597,244.10.
But the machine malfunctioned and casino employees told him he wasn't going to get paid.
"I realized on that day that I was the unluckiest man in New Mexico," Hoffman told the Associated Press.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court.
