An eight-hours standoff at the Oneida Nation's casino ended with a man surrendering to police on Wednesday.
Police went to the Turning Stone Resort and Casino to arrest Darren Grossman, 33, on an outstanding warrant. But he barricaded himself in his hotel room and threatened to jump from the 14th floor.
Grossman faces a charge of being a fugitive from justice in New York and identity fraud charges in New Jersey.
