Two men and a woman were charged in connection with the theft of $1.5 million from the casino owned by the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians.
Rolando Luda Ramos, 25, a security technician at the Soboba Casino who allegedly carried out the heist, and
Eric Allen Magdaleno Aguilera, 23, the suspected getaway driver, were charged with three counts of kidnapping to commit robbery, three counts of robbery and unlawful use of tear gas.
Sonya Marie Boyorquez, 23, was charged with helping both men evade capture.
The theft was the largest ever in Riverside County. Most of the money taken from a casino vault was recovered.
