The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians has seen about 20,000 visitors a day at its new casino.
The Four Winds Casino opened in New Buffalo, Michigan, last Thursday. The tribe said it paid out over $180,000 in major jackpots.
The casino's location has created competition for gaming facilities in nearby Indiana.
