Officials in Middleboro, Massachusetts, are busy preparing what will be one of the largest meetings in town history.
On Saturday, town residents will vote on a casino agreement with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe.
More than half of the 14,600 registered voters are expected to attend the meeting.
The tribe is offering up to $11 million a year plus $250 million in infrastructure improvements.
The tribe wants to build a casino on land it purchased in the town.
Even if the 43-page agreement [PDF] is approved, the tribe has to negotiate a Class III compact with the state and have its land placed in trust.
