The Sullivan County Farm Bureau has pulled out of a lawsuit challenging the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe's proposed casino in the Catskills of New York.
The Farm Bureau joined the National Resource Defense Council and other groups in suing the Interior Department over the environmental analysis for the project. Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne has agreed to resolve outstanding issues before proceeding.
The tribe announced the Farm Bureau's withdrawal from the suit.
