The Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma plans to open its new casino by the summer of 2008.
Chief Paul Spicer presented the proposal to the city council in Grove on Tuesday night. He said the casino would create 450 jobs
The tribe wants to build a $60 million casino, hotel, convention center and three restaurants on 30 acres.
Spicer said the site doesn't need to be in trust.
