"Under the banner of “Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Strippers,” this is a sampling of the service being sold for private parties in hotel rooms at the two casinos here:
“Then the girls will offer lap dances to all the guests. If the Girl on Girl show is requested, the girls will take a quick break to prepare for the main event. ...Your generous tipping will dictate how crazy they get.
The above was culled from the Web site, bostonpartystrippers.com, that includes a display with the heading “Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Strippers” and come-on language such as: “Our Foxwoods strippers will shake up your party at all the Foxwoods hotels: Grand Pequot Tower, Great Cedar Hotel, Two Trees Inn, Hill Top Inn and Suites, and don't forget Mohegan Sun! We go there too!
Besides copping the names of both casinos, and what appears to be images of the Foxwoods hotels, to help promote the array of strip acts and performers (there are males for hire, too), the Web site also posts the logos for both casinos as direct links to each casino's Web site.
The two casinos, say spokesmen for both, are not amused. “We have no connection with this, and our lawyers are looking into the misuse of our name,” says Bruce MacDonald of Foxwoods.
Mitchell Etess, chief executive officer at Mohegan Sun, had heard about a Web site offering strippers at the casinos, but said he was unaware that the names and logos were being used.
He also said the casino would take action to stop the logo use without Mohegan Sun's permission. MacDonald, at Foxwoods, said the same."
