Shingle Springs Rancheria casino faces delays

The Shingle Springs Rancheria of California faces more delays as opponents of the tribe's casino continue to fight the project in court. The tribe hopes to break ground this spring on a $100 million casino and hotel. But a group called the Voices for Rural Living has filed two appeals that challenge a highway interchange that was approved by the state of California. The tribe has agreed to pay El Dorado County $200 million over 20 years to address impacts of the casino. Get the Story:
