Muckleshoot Tribe opens non-smoking casino

The Muckleshoot Tribe of Washington opened a non-smoking casino two weeks ago.

The non-smoking facility occupies a smaller building at the Muckleshoot Indian Casino. "Our customers wanted it," a tribal spokesperson told The Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

Tribes, as sovereigns, set their own smoking laws. The state recently imposed a ban on smoking in public places.
