Man not guilty for playing $20 at SagChip casino

A man was found not guilty of playing $20 on a slot machine at the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe's casino in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.

Paul Timko was charged with larceny after he found a slot machine with $20 in credits. Testifying in his own defense, he said there was an unwritten rule in casinos that if you leave a machine with credits, "it's your loss."

The jury in Isabella County agreed. It took less than 90 minutes to return a not guilty verdict.
