The Chickasaw Nation is refusing to make some payouts at its Winstar Casino because gaming machines have malfunctioned.
The first big malfunction was reported earlier this month. A man thought he won $11,289,874.74 on a gaming machine but the tribe said it wouldn't pay due to a malfunction.
Now other customers say they have had the same experience. The casino doesn't know why the machines are malfunctioning though.
