The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut tapped a former chairman to oversee its casino projects.
Roland J. Harris will serve as senior vice president of project management for the tribe's gaming authority. He will step down from the tribal council to take the post.
The tribe's project include the $740 million expansion of the Mohegan Sun Casino, the financing of an $800 million casino for the Menominee Nation in Wisconsin, a $400 million casino for the Cowlitz Tribe of Washington and the expansion of a slot machine facility in Pennsylvania.
