The Northern Arapaho Tribe began construction on its $22.5 million casino on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming.
The Wind River Casino was set to open in September 2004 but was pushed back while the tribe sought financing. The new opening date is October 2007.
The 44,000 square-foot facility will employ 300 people and will feature Class III machines and table tables. The tribe plans to add a 100-room hotel after the casino opens.
