The Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma is conducting a telephone survey to determine support for a casino in Ohio.
The tribe has eyed several sites in Ohio. The survey asks residents of Lawrence Township if they support one in their area.
The tribe has filed a land claim in Ohio but says it will settle for gaming rights. The state is seeking to dismiss the lawsuit.
