The Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin announced the return of some Class III games at its casino in Baraboo.
The tribe pulled roulette, craps and poker in June 2005 after the state Supreme Court said Gov. Jim Doyle (D) exceeded his authority by signing a compact that authorized the games.
But in an updated decision, the court affirmed the right of tribes to offer Class III games.
The casino in Baraboo has 2,400 slot machines, 36 blackjack tables, 11 high-stakes tables and a 500-seat bingo hall.
