The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians in Michigan is resuming construction on a new casino after being delayed for a few months.
The tribe broke ground last fall but had to resolve financing and other issues. A $122 million construction bond was just issued, allowing construction to resume.
The facility, to include 1,500 slot machines, 30 table games and six poker tables, is expected to open June 2007.
