Navajo Nation President Joe Shirley Jr. is close to selecting a developer for the tribe's first casino in Arizona, The Gallup Independent reports.
Shirley plans to make the decision himself because the tribe's gaming enterprise is still being established. Once it is in the place, the enterprise will make future decisions about casino developers.
The casino will be located in the Nahata Dziil Chapter in Sanders, Arizona. Other casino sites are in the works.
