The Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana reopened its casino today after being shut down by Hurricane Rita.
The Coushatta Casino Resort suffered only minor damage in the hurricane. It was a power outage that force the tribe to close the facility.
The tribe had been housing evacuees from the earlier Hurricane Katrina at the casino.
