Tuberculosis advisory issued for Pauma casino

The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency issued a tuberculosis advisory for people who spent large amounts of time at the casino owed by the Pauma Band of Mission Indians.

The advisory urged patrons who spent more than 120 hours between January 1 and May to be tested for TB. A regular visitor to the casino carried the infectious disease and may have transmitted it to others.

Symptoms of TB include coughing and a fever or unexplained weight loss.
