Firm disputes Morongo Band over casino closings

The company that runs high-end restaurants, clubs and bars at casinos is threatening to take legal action against the Morongo Band of Mission Indians for closures at the tribe's new casino.

The tribe previously said N9NE Group acted on its own to close two upscale restaurants, a nightclub and a bar at the $250 million Morongo Casino Resort and Spa. But the company says the tribe forcibly closed its establishments.

The tribe partnered with N9NE in hopes of attracting a young and hip crowd to the new casino.
