Editorial: Lytton Band casino still a 'bad deal'

"Representatives of the Lytton Band of Pomo Indians have been making the rounds to try to quell the uproar over their plans to convert a San Pablo card room into a Las Vegas-size casino.

The tribe has scaled down the size of the proposed casino and raised its offer to help offset the costs of dealing with the extra traffic it will create.

It's still a bad deal."
