Seminole Tribe removes bingo, upsetting some patrons

The Seminole Tribe of Florida has removed the bingo hall from its Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa.

The tribe essentially started the Indian gaming industry by offering high-states bingo on its lands. But a casino spokesperson said demand has dropped for the game so more electronic machines are being brought in.

Still, some patrons are upset that favorite game has been removed. "Bingo made this place, and they forget that," one told The Tampa Tribune.
