The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut is moving forward with an expansion of its successful Foxwoods Resort Casino.
The tribe is planning a $700 million expansion of the facility. The project will add 2 million square feet to the casino, 1,500 more slot machines, 45 more table games, 4 restaurants, 4 retail shops and a host of other amenities.
The Las Vegas-based Paul Steelman Group was selected as the winning designer for the project.
