The city council in Marysville, California, will vote on a draft casino agreement with the Enterprise Rancheria.
The agreement calls for the city to receive $250,000 a year, plus interest, for 15 years. It is similar to one the tribe negotiated with leaders in Yuba County.
The tribe plans to build a $90 million hotel-casino on 40 acres in the county. The tribe still needs to have the land placed in trust and negotiate a Class III gaming compact with the state.
