The state of Oklahoma's share in Class III gaming revenues fell 8 percent during the month of June, The Oklahoman reports.
The state received $731,039 for June 2005 compared to $794,403 for May 2005. Two tribal officials said June is typically a slow month.
So far, tribes have shared more than $3 million in Class III card game revenues with the state. But the amount is far less than what state official expect because the tribes have been slow to install electronic casino machines that were recently legalized.
